ตำนานแห่งความอร่อย ก่อกำเนิดขึ้นเมื่อปี
พ.ศ. 2497 จากก๋วยจั๊บ ราชวงศ์ถัง
โดยคุณพ่อ ซึ่งเป็นผู้นำครอบครัวของเรา ได้นำสูตรต้นตำหรับมาจากประเทศจีน
และได้นำมาปรับแต่งรสชาติเพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้เข้าลิ้นและรสนิยมของคนไทย
จนได้รับความนิมยม และเป็นที่รู้จักกันอย่างแพร่หลายในย่านสะพานควายและละแวกใกล้เคียง
ได้รับประกาศณียบัตรรับรองฝีมือการปรับปรุงรสเชล์ชวนชิม
จากท่าน มรว. ถนัดศรี สวัสดิวัฒน์
ซึ่งเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านอาหาร อีกทั้งยังได้รับเกียรติจากคอลัมนิสต์ชื่อดังนำเอาก๋วยจั๊บของเราไปเขียนเผยแพร่ลงในคอลัมน์
"เดลินิวส์พาชิม" ในหนังสือพิมพ์
เดลินิวส์ และเคยออกอกาศในรายการเมนูพาชิม ทางไทยทีวีสีช่อง
3 ด้วยความเป็นเลิศในรสชาติ  ทำให้มีการบอกต่อกันแปบบปากต่อปาก
จึงมีผู้รู้จักก๋วยจั๊บของเราเป็นวงกว้างออกไปเรื่อยๆ
โดยเราได้มีการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงในรสชาติอาหารของเราเรื่อยมา
จวบจนกระทั่งปี พ.ศ. 2519 เราจึงได้เริ่มก่อตั้ง
นิวตั้นสุกี้
สาขาแรกขึ้นที่เสนานิคม บริเวณหน้าห้างฟูดส์ไลอ้อน
สาขารัชโยธินเป็นตึก 4 ชั้น โดยในแต่ละชั้นจะมีด้วยกันถึง
4 ห้อง ซึ่งเราได้รับการตอบรับจากลูกค้าดีมาก ทำให้พื้นทีรองรับไม่เพียงพอ
ในปี พ.ศ. 2522 เราจังได้ทำการเปิดนิวตั้นสุกี้
สาขาที่ 2 ขึ้นที่บริเวณชั้นที่ 1 ของห้างบางลำภูสรรพสินค้า
สาขางามวงศ์วาน ด้วยสูตรน้ำจิ้มที่อร่อยไม่เหมือนใคร
ทำให้มีการตอบรับจากลูกค้าเป็นอย่างดี เราจึงได้ทำการเปิดสาขาเพิ่มขึ้นอีกเรื่อยมา

Historical
of Newton Sukiyaki retuarant
The legend of "Newton"
, the famous sukiyaki restuarant, started from
195. Due to the reputation of Kauy Jab Rachawong
Tung, especially around Sa-Phan-Kwai area, it
was certified by M.R.Thanadsri Sawaddeewat
, the guru of food, ho granted "hell chuan
chim" to the food to be one of th Kauy Jab
rcipes which was originated in China.
Before
being well known,this typical rcipe was adjusted
its favor by the leader of Newton Suki's family
in order to serve Thai customers. In addition
to its unique taste, word of mouth made the reputation
of Kauy Jab Rachawong Tang spread over. It was
published in "Daily News Pa Chim" column,
Daily News Newspaper and Broadcasted on
"Menu Pa Chim" Programmed,
TV3. Although became popular, th owner stop practicing
and dveloping its taste. In 1976 , the first branch
of Nwton Suki at Sena Nikom Branch was introduced
to th market. It located in front of Food Lion
Dpartment store, Rachayothin and recived successfullyresponse
from customers. The three hundred seats of the
rtuarant wre always crowded. The success of th
Sena Nikom branch leaded to the opening of the
second branch in 1979 at the ground floor of Banglmpoo
Department Store, Ngam Wong Wan Road which could
repeat the success of first branch due to uniqu
taste of its source.
